City RING Rebate Successful

The City of Lake Forest and Ring have partnered to provide discounts or rebates to 100 residents who bought select home-security devices. During the program, residents who live in active Neighborhood Watch areas will receive up to $100 off select Ring products or $50 off non-Ring products.

We held the promotion and in the first day, 130 codes were given out and 42 people used the code to buy their Ring product. Remaining residents will be served on a first come first service basis if the promotion is not sold out.

Residents should click on this link to confirm they are in an active Neighborhood Watch area. Information can also be found there to start a Neighborhood Watch.

Those who live in active Neighborhood Watch neighborhoods and want to purchase a Ring product should click here to fill out the application.

Those who fill out that form by 2 p.m. will receive a promotional code at 3 p.m. the same day. That code can be used for a discount when purchasing a Ring product at www.ring.com. The purchase must be made at Ring's website to get the $100 discount. Enter the promotional code when prompted; only one code per household and only one product per code. The first 100 residents who receive their code and use it at the Ring website will receive the discount.

Residents who submit the application after 2 p.m. will receive their code at 3 p.m. the following day.

Residents who purchase a non-Ring security camera or doorbell can receive a $50 rebate by clicking here and filling out this form.
