As part of the “Don’t Make It Easy” campaign, the City has launched its first contest called the Community Speaks contest. The City is collecting resident-submitted crime prevention tips to be featured in a future edition of The Leaflet. We've already received a number of tips found on the City's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/lakeforestca, and we know there's plenty more out there! Send your crime prevention tip to [email protected] by December 5. In addition, the City is also providing a "tip a day" for each day in October as part of Crime Prevention Awareness month.
