Environmental

The environmental review process can include up to three phases: identification, evaluation, and mitigation. 
  
  • Identification: Identify potential significant environmental impacts.
  • Evaluation: Evaluate and study identified impacts.
  • Mitigation: If necessary, address impacts through appropriate mitigation measures.
This process is documented in an Environmental Impact Report (EIR). The City Council certified the Serrano Summit Final EIR on February 7, 2012, signaling the end of the environmental review process.
